I have been contacted by a debt recovery company about a debt from april 2004, I got the loan for a friend and they defaulted. It is not listed as a ccj on my credit file and I have not made any payments or admitted liablity for said debt. Is it still enforcable?
Can they still apply for a ccj? ========= debt relief|debt advice

Have you heard of Foodworld and Fabmall? I am sure they must have chains in hyd, go to their website and check them out, i think they have a facility to be able to order your groceries online, good luck
